Getting Started
NeuroWarranty is warranty management software for consumer brands. It digitizes product registration, warranty claims and customer communication, and gives you first-party data on every customer who registers a product.
Warranty management software helps brands register products, store warranties digitally, process warranty claims and keep customers updated in one system. It replaces paper warranty cards, spreadsheets and shared inboxes.
Any brand that offers an after-sales warranty on its products. Our customers include brands in consumer electronics, electricals, home appliances, mattresses, footwear and automotive parts.
Yes. NeuroWarranty is a cloud platform, so you can run warranty registration and claims for customers in any country, and you choose your data center when you set up your account.
No. Customers scan the QR code on the product and register in their phone's browser, so there is nothing to install.
Every plan includes two applications: a browser app for your customers to register products, manage warranties and raise claims, and a business application for your team to manage warranties, claims and customers.
No. NeuroWarranty is software. You remain the warrantor, you set your warranty terms, and you keep the customer relationship.
Product Registration
Product registration is when a customer records their purchase with the brand, usually with their contact details, the product, the serial number and the purchase date. It activates their warranty record and gives the brand a direct line to the owner.
They scan the QR code on the product, packaging or warranty card, confirm their details and upload the invoice. The warranty is activated and saved to their digital warranty card.
On the product itself, its packaging or your warranty label. Many brands simply add the QR code to the warranty card they already include in the box.
We recommend a unique code for every unit so each product can be identified and tracked through its lifecycle. If that is hard for your operations, we have alternatives that still work.
Yes. Most brands we work with use third-party manufacturing, and we share the best practices they follow to add QR codes during production.
Long website forms lose customers before they finish. A QR scan with pre-filled product details is faster, which is why Syska saw a 300% increase in warranty registrations with NeuroWarranty.
Put the QR code where customers see it, keep the form short, pre-fill product details and give customers a clear reason to register, such as warranty activation, extended cover or quick access to manuals and support.
Nothing. The invoice is saved with the warranty at registration, so customers never need the paper receipt to raise a claim.
Warranty Claims
From their digital warranty card, customers tap to raise a claim, choose the issue and add photos. The claim reaches your team with the product, serial number and purchase details already attached.
Each claim is checked against the product's serial number, registration record and warranty period before your team reviews it, so agents start with a verified file.
Yes. Claims are compared with earlier claims on the same serial number and customer, and duplicates are flagged before approval.
Yes. Customers see real-time status for every claim and replacement, and they are notified automatically as the claim moves forward.
Yes. Claims raised from the product QR code or your website land in the same queue with the reason and photos attached.
Yes. Your team can approve repairs, replacements and returns from the claim file and keep the customer updated at each step.
Customer Data and Security
You do. The data your customers share is yours and is never shared with third parties.
Name, phone number, email, location, the product and serial number, purchase channel and date, invoice, marketing consent and feedback. You choose which fields are required.
Amazon doesn't share buyer contact details with most sellers. The reliable route is giving buyers a reason to register with you directly, such as activating their warranty through a QR code on the product.
You choose your data center from the start, our servers are hosted in world-class data centers, the application is kept up to date with security patches, and every plan includes SSL encryption.
Yes. Customers choose what they hear from you when they register and can change their preferences anytime. Review your notices with your legal team for the privacy laws that apply to you, such as GDPR or CCPA.

Warranty Rules
Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a full warranty generally can't make returning a registration card a condition of coverage. If a limited warranty does require registration, the warranty must say so clearly. Check your warranty terms with your legal team.
Terms vary by country. In the EU, the legal guarantee is the seller's mandatory responsibility for faulty goods, while a warranty or commercial guarantee is an extra promise a manufacturer or seller chooses to give.
EU law gives consumers at least two years of legal guarantee from the seller on goods that turn out to be faulty, and some countries give more. A manufacturer's warranty is optional and sits on top of that right.
For most brands, yes. A digital warranty card holds the same information as a paper one and can't be lost. Some products or regions require printed documents, so many brands keep a small printed card with a QR code.
Registration gives you a verified owner and purchase date, which speeds up claims, supports product recalls and lets you build a direct relationship with customers who bought through retailers and marketplaces.
